Peaceful apartment living in Newark, DE

I can honestly say that I love my apartment. I love the fact that I have the peace and quiet after a 14-hour day of work, and I love that everything is clean and well-maintained. Maintenance is always up to par, and if I ever have questions, the leasing team has been nothing but friendly. I would definitely recommend Foxwood, and I’m hoping to stay here for a couple more years. I’m truly grateful for the peace, quiet, and my own little piece of heaven.

I moved into Foxwood a couple months ago, and it has been a wonderful experience so far! I’ve only needed maintenance once for a small issue, and the response time was quick. My neighbors are very friendly. The location is beautiful as well. If you have children, the main office is always thinking of them and doing special things for them which is awesome! I’m excited to use the pool in the summer. Lastly, I feel safe in my place and am looking forward to my time here!

We have been living here for 3 months. We've had very good experience in this apartment so far. This apartment is good for those who enjoy greenery and open space to walk around. Spring has begun and I love walking outside and enjoy the view. Also, I like the fact that It has Gym which opens 24/7. So, It;s really nice for someone who loves peace and nature.

Foxwood Apartments represents a good value for living in the Pike Creek area. The apartments are clean and recently refurbished. Management is always happy to help if you have any issues. Items like online rent and utilities payment make keeping current with bills very simple.
